We’re excited to get TouchPass into your hands so you can start playing as soon as possible! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
We currently ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure a reliable and cost-effective delivery experience. This method includes tracking and typically arrives within 2–5 business days once shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want to order TouchPass, please contact us at team@touchpassgame.com to discuss international options.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your game ships.
We do our best to ship promptly, but occasionally, weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes may cause delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, feel free to reach out, and we’ll help track it down.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If there’s a mistake, contact us ASAP. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If your tracking info shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package, please contact your local USPS office first. Still stuck? Reach out to us — we’ll do everything we can to help.
